We know 2020 has been a tough year. For everyone. It has been very lonely at times and our buttons are being pushed on a regular basis. Talking to others who feel the same way can be very beneficial.
That's why we've decided to set up a series of coffee mornings, all from
the comfort of your own home.
These virtual meet-ups will be an opportunity for you to understand how stress can impact your whole family. Learn to recognise the signs of intergenerational trauma and find ways to bounce back from these challenging times.

They begin at 10am and normally last 2 hours.
